C&W's olive oil is bottled by Trampetti in Umbria,
Italy and is a transitional product (not yet certified
organic) but has the same flavor and quality of their
much higher priced organic line. The olives are
pressed a few hours after picking on a traditional
granite stone mill which preserves their fresh taste.
