We offer classes and tastings usually once a month.

Cheese 101:  An introduction to the families of cheese.
Kicking the Winter Blues :  Blue cheese and wine.
Summertime and the living is cheesy :  Easy summer recipes.
Uncommon Pairings :  Cheese paired with beers and ales.
An evening with Pat Morford :  Presentation and talk by one of
Oregon's goat cheese makers.
Announcement of these events are published in our newsletter,
which is emailed to our mailing list and then published on the
website.  Our events are usually limited to 15 participants and its
